a Whistler wedding | courntey & andrew | 02.26.11

An epic snowy day in Whistler, BC Canada gave host to the wedding day of Courtney and Andrew this past February 26, 2011. This was an amazing destination wedding for this California/Texas couple. Family and friends few in from all over North America and Europe. Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic church was a fantastic wedding ceremony venue in Whistler. Piles of snow and big windows to let the day light in set the tone for the start of the celebration. The Fairmont Chateau Whistler was where cocktails, dinner and dancing happened. This place is right on the slopes in the upper village and is an amazing wedding reception venue. Here, take a look:

Roxanne Cave of Celebrate Events is the wedding coordinator of choice in Whistler. All the planning, pipe-and-drape, candles, etc. etc. we handled by her and the crew. Photography and all those amazing poses were orchestrated by the beautiful photography of Grant & Leandra Longenbaugh of Grant Issac Studio.

The One, Wedding & Event Showcase

On Thursday March 31, 2011, Seattle wedding planner Amy Vallejo and Seattle wedding planner and designer Chesney Schmidt will be hosting The One, Wedding & Event Showcase. I'll have a booth there as one of the sponsors. It'll have a lot of amazing vendors, people to meet, ideas to get, etc. etc. The premiere venue it's at is Urban Light Studios which makes a fantastic seattle wedding venue!!

Vicky & Min | 02.05.11 | Double Happiness

Vicky and Min wed at the amazingly beautiful Blessed Sacrament Church in the U-District of Seattle. The officiant is their family friend who traveled in from overseas to preside over the ceremony. The symbol shown several times in this trailer to the main wedding movie means "Double Happiness". The music is one of Min's favorites. Please enjoy and congratulations Vicky & Min!!
