This is a 10 minute intro to the 30 minute legacy film titled "A Moment in Redlands." William Jennings "Bill" Locklin was owner of Nightscaping in Redlands, California and also the El Camino Ranch for horses. We were able to capture a few stories on tape about his life including his time in a WWII submarine, his battle with cancer, and advice for small business start up owners.
